Abstract
ABSTRACT: The Make in India drive and Skill India drive were coordinated and presented by the Government of India which was intended to give an improved degree of work openings, giving a superior way of life to the Indian population, and increment in the per capita income of India. And also, to increase the total national output (Gross domestic product) of the Indian economy. Proper Information and Computers Technology (ICT) based skill development of the workforces of the country can give a powerful grasp on the creation of quality norms and for giving maintainability in the general exhibition levels at all worldwide market levels. Furthermore, it will also upgrade the speed of accomplishing the objective of making India a Five Trillion Dollar based Economy. As a country like India, requires a very large level of investment for availing and utilizing the benefits of the latest and modern technologies for the advancement of the desired level of infrastructure facilities. however, without the availability of the required level of the capable workforce and Scientific Advancements, no nation can accomplish its objective of national development and economic improvements. And for attracting foreign investors to invest in India, and for empowering changes in the field of assembling framework set up, accessibility of the ideal degree of the skilled and capable workforce is very significant. The ability to make improvements in the skill levels of any country will upgrade the nation to gather more money and investment benefits from other countries. For making the Make in India drive and the Skill India drive effective, the Government of India needs to face a huge number of challenges in fulfilling and attending the target of making India a Five Trillion Dollar based Economy. Such situations increased the necessity of Skill Development Programs for the workforce. It is very significant to understand and determine that the current levels of skill development capacities are not sufficient for the overall growth and development of India. The problems and challenges in the ways of Skill Development Programs need to be corrected as soon as possible. The objectives of this research paper are to analyse the present level of skill capacities of India and to ascertain the various challenges coming in the way of the growth and development of India. The availability of effective skill development systems along with consistency in the planning upgradation is very important for the successful implementation of skill development planning and development strategies of the government of India.
सारांश: "मेक इन इंडिया" अभियान और "स्किल इंडिया" अभियान को भारत सरकार द्वारा समन्वित और प्रस्तुत किया गया था, जिसका उद्देश्य भारतीय आबादी को बेहतर जीवन शैली प्रदान करना, और प्रति वर्ष वेतन वृद्धि करना था। भारत की प्रति व्यक्ति आय, और साथ ही भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था के कुल राष्ट्रीय उत्पादन (सकल घरेलू उत्पाद) को बढ़ाने के लिए। देश के कार्यबल का उचित सूचना और कंप्यूटर प्रौद्योगिकी आधारित कौशल विकास गुणवत्ता मानदंडों के निर्माण और दुनिया भर के बाजार स्तरों पर सामान्य प्रदर्शनी स्तरों में स्थिरता प्रदान करने के लिए एक शक्तिशाली पहल हो सकता है। इसके अलावा, यह भारत को "पांच ट्रिलियन डॉलर आधारित अर्थव्यवस्था" बनाने के उद्देश्य को पूरा करने की गति को भी उन्नत करेगा। भारत जैसे राष्ट्र के रूप में बुनियादी सुविधाओं के वांछित स्तर की उन्नति के लिए नवीनतम और आधुनिक तकनीकों से लाभ प्राप्त करने और उपयोग करने के लिए बहुत बड़े स्तर के निवेश की आवश्यकता होती है, हालांकि सक्षम कार्यबल के आवश्यक स्तर की उपलब्धता के बिना, कोई भी राष्ट्र राष्ट्रीय विकास और आर्थिक सुधार के अपने उद्देश्य को पूरा नही कर सकता है, और विदेशी निवेशकों को भारत में निवेश करने के लिए आकर्षित करने और असेम्बलिंग फ्रेमवर्क के क्षेत्र में बदलाव को सशक्त बनाने के लिए कुशल और सक्षम कार्यबल की आदर्श डिग्री की पहुंच बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। किसी भी देश के कौशल स्तरों में सुधार करने की क्षमता राष्ट्र को अन्य देशों से अधिक धन और निवेश लाभ इकट्ठा करने के लिए उन्नत करेगी। "मेक इन इंडिया" अभियान और "स्किल इंडिया" अभियान को प्रभावी बनाने, भारत को पांच ट्रिलियन डॉलर आधारित अर्थव्यवस्था बनाने के लक्ष्य को पूरा करने और उसमें शामिल होने में भारत सरकार को बड़ी चुनौतियों का सामना करने की आवश्यकता पड़ेंगी। ऐसी स्थितियों ने कार्यबल के लिए ''कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम'' की आवश्यकता को कही हद्द तक बढ़ा दिया है। यह समझना और निर्धारित करना बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है कि कौशल विकास क्षमता के मौजूदा स्तर भारत के समग्र विकास और विकास के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं हैं। कौशल विकास कार्यक्रमों के रास्ते में आने वाली प्रमुख समस्याओं और चुनौतियों को यथाशीघ्र दूर करने की आवश्यकता है। इस शोध पत्र का उद्देश्य भारत की कौशल क्षमताओं के वर्तमान स्तर का विश्लेषण करना और भारत के विकास के रास्ते में आने वाली विभिन्न चुनौतियों का पता लगाना है। भारत सरकार की कौशल विकास योजना और विकास रणनीतियों के सफल कार्यान्वयन के लिए नियोजन उन्नयन में निरंतरता के साथ-साथ प्रभावी कौशल विकास प्रणालियों की उपलब्धता बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है।
