Authors, referees and readers can continue using the portal, including uploading the papers, checking Editor’s decisions, etc. However, all our esteemed users (authors/referees/readers) are requested to notify the respective Editor about each transaction (giving reference number) executed on the journal webpage by sending a separate email to the journal Editor (jipr@niscpr.res.in).
